Matioska purchases for the wooden houses and structures production first quality wood in pine /spruce and always imported from Northern Europe .We work with massive wood for external walls , inside enforcement pillars and boardings . Laminated wood for beams , rafters and external columns.

Our construction system is the same than in Scandinavia , wth massive logs in external walls , bounded for their own corners and with inox . steel screws , enforcement pillars inside to perform isolation chamber / electricity and plumbing instalations, and finally the inside boarding .

The roofs can be made from any material : Arabian tiles , concrete tiles , natural stone , and others , an the beams /rafters we can leave to be seen or closed with a false ceiling. The flooring in ground floor can be also made with any material , but in first floor we recommend the wood boarding (natural or synthetic .

The windows always are in wood , with a closing systems from the bests world brands , ROTO , GU , etc. Double glasses Climalit style , normally 4 -14 - 6 . We give a lot of importance to this part of the house because we don't want our clients spend money in walls and roof isolations and then they can loose from the windows. Inside doors are made in massive pine with pannels.

Inside finishings are from tongue and groove pine boarding with the same logs profile . Can be used too gypsum plates , especially in water areas (shower , tub , ...) to be recovered by ceramic tiles or other material.

Any heating system can be used : Under floor radiant systems , gas , etc..
